A toxin is any substance that is harmful to the body.

[The Liver]

Toxins are identified and sorted by the liver, which can be thought of as a chemical processing plant.

The liver receives shipments, determines what they contain, and reacts accordingly.

The liver has over 200 known purposes.

It converts protein to glucose, converts glucose to glycogen and manufactures triglycerides.

The liver deals with toxins. If it has the appropriate minerals it can package toxins to be expelled through the kidney, and then through the bladder.

If the liver does not have enough minerals, it will wrap the toxin in fat to be stored.

If the liver doesn't have enough minerals or fat, toxins are likely to end up in your organs, as the liver does not have the packaging required to ship the toxins somewhere safe.

This is why starving yourself to lose weight is so dangerous. Freeing toxins from stored fat into the body without being able to expel the toxins from your body can severely damage any organ or part of the body the toxin comes in contact with.

[Animal Fat]

Because animals store toxins in their fat, consuming animal fat is toxic. However, it's not just fat.

In a 2004 study, arsenic, lead and mercury were found in the liver, kidneys and muscle of the cow. The muscle is the meat of the animal, and that in particular contained a high concentration of mercury.

[Mercury Poisoning]

If you call the Public Health Department and say that you have mercury in your apartment, they will reply: "Don't do anything. Don't touch it. We'll come and get it."

At hospitals, the building would be quarantined at the drop of a thermometer, for fear that mercury vapor, given off continuously by the metal, would poison those nearby.

These two practices seem inconsistent with the dental practise, where mercury is put into people's mouths in the alagam filling known as a "silver filling."

Dr. Andrea Brockman went to dental school in the 1970s. The mercury that is so dangerous that it should not be touched, or even approached, was something that they were to handle regularly, squeezing it through cheesecloth with bare hands.

This process of creating amalgams is somehow an exception to the danger of mercury.

Dr. Andrea Brockman, by the end of dental school, developed an alarming range of health problems which she attributes to mercury.

She had developed panic attacks which sent her to the the emergency room on several occasions and later suffered a miscarriage.

[Cilantro]

Cilantro is known to be helpful at combating heavy metal toxicity. This is one I've personally experienced.

[Weight Loss]

Weight loss will not occur if it is not safe to release fat due to the toxins stored in the fat.

Your body needs minerals and enzymes to transport toxins out of the body. Raw foods are the only place to get adequate enzymes from food. Vegetables in particular have a surplus of enzymes, and of all vegetables, the vegetable sprouts are the most superior place to get an enzyme surplus.

The chart above illustrates the monumentous amount of minerals and vitamins present in vegetables. Take eight or more kinds of vegetables and consume eight hundred calories of those vegetables and the chances are very good that you'll get all the nutrition you need as well as all the fat and protein you need in just eight hundred calories.

This does not work with fruits, nuts, grains, seeds, beans, meats, dairy or any other foods known to man. Only with raw vegetables can you get so much nutrition in so few calories.

This does not mean a small volume of food. Vegetables are so low in calories that it takes an entire head of romaine lettuce to eat one hundred calories. But, then again, you're not very full after a head of romaine lettuce anyway, so you've got plenty of space to consume five large carrots for another hundred and fifty calories. And if you juice the lettuce and carrots, you still get all the water and nutrition (but you miss the fiber) and you'll have more space to consume more.

This might be time consuming in comparison to microwave dinners... But you're slowly starving yourself if you live off of microwave dinners, fast food, and whole grains. While whole grains are not as unhealthful as McDonald's french fries, they do not contain the vitamin C, enzymes, and high mineral content that you need to thrive, heal, and detoxify.

[Detoxification]


In order to remove toxins from your body, you must first reduce the load of toxins you're putting into your body daily.


Living in the city, breathing in toxicity.

If you're a smoker, try to smoke just one a day (in the mid-afternoon), or take a three day break while you do a cleanse. Easier said than done, I know. It is worth it. Your lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, brain, muscles, skin and stomach will thank you.

[Toxins and Toxin Sources]

Refined sugars (corn syrup, agave syrup, white sugar, etc)
Cigarettes
Alcohol
Artificial sweeteners (splenda, aspartame, etc)
Hydrogenated oils (margarine)
Monosodium glutamate (MSG, often hidden in the ingredients list as "natural flavorings" or "spices")
Chemical cleaning supplies (agent orange, sodium hypochlorite, dioxin, chlorine, ammonia, etc)
Traffic smog
Stress
White flour and most wheat products (often contaminated with mold toxins and other toxins from storage)
Peanuts (aflatoxin is present in most peanuts, much wheat, and sometimes in other nuts)
Mold waste (moldy bread, moldy fruit, mold growing on the window sill: aflatoxin is a mold waste)
Acrylamide (present in foods toasted, baked, fried or in any way blackened or browned via heat)

[Detoxification Steps]
  1. Reduce the toxin load (the stuff in the above list, ideally eliminate these things entirely)
  2. Increase consumption of minerals, enzymes and vitamins
  3. Eat foods that facilitate detoxification in particular
  4. Avoid heavy, dense foods (cheese, meats, beans, nuts, etc)
[Safe Cleaning Supplies]

There are two options. Make your own cleaning detergents... Or select very carefully.

Option 1: Making Your Own

Combine water with one of the following three ingredients to create a safe cleaning solution: Vinegar, Baking Soda or Lemon Juice. If one doesn't do the trick, try another. When cleaning an entire room, you can go through with vinegar first, baking soda second and lemon juice last to get a very clean room without the chemical-odor headache.

To get nice smells, select an essential oil, such as clove oil (which also kills bacteria) and add a few drops to your final cleaning solution.

Option 2: Selecting Safe Cleaning Supplies

Look for words such as Danger, Caution and Warning on the label. These words indicate the contents are hazardous. Especially avoid cleaning supplies that suggest not coming into any bare-skin contact with the product.

Consider terminology chosen carefully. The more specific the label, the more trust worthy the maker. Phrases like "no solvents," "no phosphates," or "plant-based" are more meaningful than vague terms like "ecologically-friendly" or "natural." There is no stricture on saying a product is "non-toxic" so the company can claim that even if it is very far from true.

Avoid products that contain chlorine or ammonia.

[Detoxing Foods]

Powerful Detox Foods
  • Burdock (antifungal, antibacterial, contains: inulin)
  • Lemons (antiseptic and antimicrobial, contains: limonoids)
  • Dandelions (diuretic, high in minerals and antioxidants, normalizes cholesterol)
  • Garlic (fights parasites, infections, bad bacteria, contains diallyl sulphide)
  • Aloe (anti-inflammatory, antiparasitic, antifungal, normalizes blood sugar, contains: lupeol, cinnamic acid, salicylic acid, phenol)
  • Cilantro (helps detoxify from heavy metals)
  • Broccoli sprouts (antibacterial, fights H. pylori, high in enzymes, contains: sulforaphane)
  • Onions (fights parasites, bad bacteria)
  • Turmeric (contains: sulphur, glutathione and antioxidants)
  • Ginger (anti-inflammatory, circulatory stimulant, contains: shogaols, volatile oils and gingerols)
  • Cranberries (astringent, antimicrobial, contains: antioxidants, antibacterial compound hippuric acid)
  • Grapefruits (contains: lycopene)

  • Broccoli (antibacterial, fights H. pylori)
  • Blueberries (high antioxidant level fights free radicals)

[Ginger Bath]

Another method for removing toxins from the body is to sweat them out. If you love dancing, sports or running, sweating heavily may already be part of your routine. If you have access to a sauna, then spend some time there during your detox cleanse.

However, for most of us, we don't get sweaty enough often enough to have a powerful detox through the skin. One interesting way to induce a strong sweat is to pour half a cup of grated fresh ginger into your bathtub. Be prepared to sweat heavily for at least thirty minutes and possibly for several hours. Afterward, you'll sleep better, and wake up feeling refreshed. It is a relief to have so much toxic stuff sweated out of your body.

Remember to drink plenty of water and to consume a pinch of sea salt. You'll lose a lot of water and salts by sweating so heavily.

This ginger bath can be used when you have a cold, when you're feeling depressed without any real cause, during 'that time of the month' or as part of any routine to improve your health.

If you look it up, you'll find it in history:
The entire medical industry,
Is making profane profit from prescriptions.
It's nothing new to politicians,
Their lining their pockets with our dismay,
Including leaders of the FDA and the AMA.
The corporations making billions,
Off of us ignorant civilians.
Bayer, a chemical company catastrophe,
Dyncorp, a villainous vaccine conspiracy,
DuPont, a putrid pathetic pathology,
Dow and Monsanto: GMO,
Genetic Modification;
Just think soil degeneration, degradation,
Seed depletion,
Agricultural destruction,
Ecological devastation,
Poisoning the world population.

If you have cancer,
There is an answer.
If you are a diabetic
You don't need a prosthetic.
There is a cure,
clean and pure.

The sinister
Operations would prefer
For you to stay sick,
Dependent – insulin reverent.
Doesn't matter if you have 
Tuberculosis or halitosis...

From the cure they get no monetary gain,
So they'll see your immune system slain,
And ignore the real causes to your pain:
Living in the city,
Breathing in toxicity,
Conforming to society,
Stress and anxiety,
Positions of political piety,
Substance addiction,
Syrup proliferation,
Candy adaptations,
Artificial colorings,
Sugar smotherings,
Bread convolutions,
Profuse pollution,
Food dilution,
Liability absolution.

There are so many connections.
The law of attraction:
Start with the subtraction,
Of every negative distraction,
Every hasty reaction,
Put your inspiration to action,
Develop determination,
Move with motivation,
Manifest creation.

If you're feeling suspicion,
Or about to have a conniption,
Because of my spoken description
Of this situation,
That's a sign of a serious condition,
For which you need a prescription.
